1. Subject of the agreement
1.1 This agreement regulates the relations between MG Education web portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the "Student") in the process of using online resources of MG Education portal.
2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 By accessing this website, accessible at mg.education, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The materials contained in this website are protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of all or part of the services offered by Portal implies your full acceptance of and unconditional compliance with all of these Terms of Use. Portal reserves the right to change all or part of these Terms of Use at any time, without notice.
2.2 The Terms of Use will be regularly amended in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Changes made by Portal to the Terms of Use will only be binding from the date of their publication on the Website. You are therefore encouraged to regularly review our Terms of Use, which are permanently available on the Website. In any case, you will be deemed to have accepted the latest version of the Terms of Use for each new connection to the Website. Use of our services implies an Internet connection and appropriate computer equipment, all costs, fees, subscriptions and taxes of which are independent of the Services offered by the Portal and your sole responsibility. The Portal cannot be held responsible if data relating to your registration does not reach it for any reason for which it cannot be held responsible (e.g. problem with the user's Internet connection for any reason, instantaneous failure of servers, etc.), otherwise processing will be illegible or impossible
3. Designations
3.1 Website is a set of web pages united by the domain mg.education.
3.2 Student is a registered user of the website who receives training services.
3.3 Teacher is a registered user of the website who provides learning services.
3.4 Account Page is a page that opens when a Student successfully authorizes on the website.
3.5 Schedule is the designated date and time of the beginning of events and their order.
3.6 Lesson is a scheduled video call between the Student and his/her Teacher at the time designated in the schedule.
3.7 Balance is the number of regular lessons that the Student has paid for and has not completed in Account Page.
4. Registration
4.1 Parents or parental authority representatives are encouraged to monitor their children's use of access to our services. They should be aware that our services may be of interest to the general public, including children, and that they have a responsibility to monitor their child's use of our services.
4.2 If you are under 18 years of age, you represent and confirm that you have obtained permission from your parents or legal guardians to use our services on the mg.education website. Your parents are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all provisions of these Terms of Use.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. Please read the applicable

4.4 By creating an account, you agree to receive certain communications related to the Platform.
5. Trial lesson
5.1 A trial lesson is a lesson provided by the Platform on a free of charge basis to familiarize and test a part of the possible services.
5.2 The trial lesson is held once for each Student, lasts 30 minutes and has a familiarization character.
5.3 The date and time of the trial lesson are determined by the schedule in Account Page.
5.4 The link address in the Join Class button in Account Page is designated as the link (location) of the regular lesson.
5.5 If a Student fails to attend a trial lesson, it will be counted as a past lesson and will not be repeated.
5.6 If the Teacher fails to show up for a trial lesson, it can be rescheduled.
6. Regular lesson
6.1 Regular lessons are lessons that are held repeatedly and on a paid basis.
6.2 Date and time of a regular lesson are determined by the schedule in Account Page.
6.3 The link address in the Join Class button in Account Page is assigned as the link (place) of a regular lesson.
6.4 A regular lesson lasts 55 minutes from the moment the teacher joins the lesson.
6.5 A lesson is considered to be held in 55 minutes from the moment the teacher joins the lesson, but not earlier than 55 minutes after the lesson start time set by the schedule.
6.6 If the teacher was absent from the lesson for more than 20 minutes, the lesson is not considered to be completed, the fee for such lesson is not charged and the Platform replenishes the Student's balance for 1 more lesson as a compensation for the wasted time.
6.7 If there are no lessons on Student's balance 3 hours before the lesson starts, this lesson will be automatically canceled.
6.8 The Portal is not liable for any damage or any loss caused to the Student during the lessons.
7. Postponement of a regular lesson
7.1 The Student has the right to send a request to reschedule a regular lesson without giving a reason.
7.2 The Portal has the right to reschedule a regular lesson, but not later than 3 hours before the start of the lesson and with a mandatory notification to the Student not later than 3 hours before the start of the lesson.
7.3 A lesson is considered rescheduled from the moment the Student sends a request for rescheduling, provided that it is more than 3 hours before the scheduled start time of the this lesson.
8. Cancellation of a regular lesson
8.1 The Student has the right to send a request to cancel a regular lesson without giving a reason.
8.2 Portal has the right to cancel a regular lesson, but not later than 3 hours before the start of that lesson and with obligatory notification of the Student not later than 3 hours before the start of that lesson.
8.3 A lesson is considered canceled from the moment the Student sends a cancellation request, provided that the scheduled start time of the canceled lesson is more than 3 hours away.
8.4 A canceled lesson is not deducted from the user's balance.
8.5 A canceled lesson cannot be rescheduled.
9. Payment for regular lessons
9.1 For each regular lesson taken, 1 lesson will be deducted from the Student's balance.
9.2 Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website.
9.3 When replenishing the balance, the amount credited to the Portal account is divided by the price of one lesson and the result is added to the Student's balance in Account Page.
9.4 The price of a lesson for different students may differ taking into account promotions and special offers.
9.5 By default, the price of a lesson for a particular student is determined by the price specified in the Pricing section (mg.education/pricing) at the moment of registration of the student's account.
9.6 Portal reserves the right to change the price of a lesson, but for a student whose last lesson took place not more than a month ago the old price will be kept (but not more than 6 months from the date of price change).
9.7 By making a payment the student assumes the commission fees for transferring funds, currency conversion and other similar costs.
9.8 The moment of payment is considered to be the time when the money is credited to the Portal account (at the same time the payment data in Account Page can be updated within 24 hours, so to avoid embarrassment it is recommended to pay at least 24 hours before the lesson).
10. Refunds
10.1 The student can get a partial or full refund for paid regular lessons that have not been held, provided that there are at least 3 hours left before the next scheduled regular lesson starts or if there are no scheduled lessons for this student.
10.2 Portal does not reimburse transfer fees, currency conversion and other similar costs.
10.3 In case of a refund, the Portal deducts the fees for money transfer, currency conversion and other similar costs from the refund amount.
10.4 Portal has the right to refuse to provide services at any time without giving a reason, but only after refunding the funds for the paid lessons that have not been held.
11. License for use
11.1 Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the MG Education website materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This constitutes a grant of license, not a transfer of ownership, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for public display;
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the MG Education website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
If you violate any of these restrictions, MG Education may terminate. Upon termination, the Terms also terminate your right to view the materials and you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession, whether in print or electronic format.
12 Disclaimer
12.1 All materials on the mg.education website are provided "as is". Portal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and therefore disclaims all other warranties. Further, Portal makes no representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any websites linked to this site. Portal is not responsible for any loss or damage that Student may incur as a result of using Portal's resources. The Student uses the services provided at his/her own risk.
13. Restrictions
13.1 Portal or its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the mg.education website, even if Portal or an authorized representative of the website has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Revisions and Errors
14.1 The materials appearing on mg.education website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Portal does not warrant that any of the materials on this website are accurate, complete, or current. Portal may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Portal makes no commitment to update the materials.
15. Links
15.1 Portal does not review all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The existence of any link does not imply endorsement by Portal of the website. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.
16. Changes to the Website Terms and Conditions of Use
16.1 Portal may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
